| 内容記述 | Hand hygiene, aseptic technique, and facilities are important for the parenteral injection mixture preparation required in home medical care. However, the knowledge and skills required for aseptic preparation are largely dependent on the on-site education and self-learning. Therefore, we conducted a training program on aseptic preparation for community pharmacists to help them acquire knowledge on aseptic techniques and skills for home medical care. The participants received a lecture and practical training. In a questionnaire survey completed by the participants, more than 80% of the participants responded that there are two main barriers to involvement in aseptic preparation: “lack of facilities” and “lack of essential knowledge.” Most participants faced difficulties as this was their first experience with aseptic preparation. However, their understanding and satisfaction levels were relatively high. These findings suggest that our program was effective and useful for training community pharmacists regarding aseptic preparations. In the future, it will be advantageous to conduct training program in stages and continuously, and to provide more examples of prescription in home medical care. |
